Establishment of Dynamic Model for Axle Box Bearing of High-Speed Trains Under Variable Speed Conditions

Abstract In this study, a dynamic model for the bearing rotor system of high-speed train under variable speed conditions is established. contrast to previous studies, contact stress simplified in proposed and compensation balance excitation caused by mass eccentricity considered. The angle iteration method used overcome challenge posed inability determine roller space position during rotation. simulation results show that accurately describes dynamics bearings varying profiles contain acceleration, deceleration, oscillation stages. order ratio spectrum vibration signal indicates both single multiple frequencies are consistent with theoretical results. Experiments on outer inner ring faults various operating performed verify developed model.
